My girls range from 5’2″- 6’1″, so it was a challenge trying to get them agree to one dress. I decided to look for a seller that would make different necklines at a great price, but trust me…I spent hours reading up on all sorts of sellers including lots from China, and freaking out about the whatifs. After finding Simpledress on Etsy, I saw the dresses were about half the price we all agreed on, and they had so many styles, that OF COURSE, each girl’s top choice was a different neckline! 🙂
I ordered 6 Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses from Rita at Simpledress. She was such a pleasure to work with, and answered all of my questions in such a timely manner. If I was ever confused on anything, she was really patient and sent pics/diagrams to clarify what was going to be done. She told me she may not be able to send pics before she sent them, but I ordered the dresses a week ago and got pics in yesterday!!!!
I was extremely excited, and when I saw the dresses, they were really beautiful! THE only thing is, is I guess after the back and forth for months on finding the “perfect Bridesmaid or Best Man dress”, I am not too picky, and realize that everything cannot look exactly like the pics. So after further looking, I noticed that instead of having really small ruching/wrinkle like fabric, it is made with more of a pleating design. If I didn’t refer back to the original, then I wouldn’t have remembered, as we looked at so many. But, it doesn’t really bother me, as they are all made that way, and look like they are good quality. I even asked Rita if she could make one neckline a little smaller where it “V”s, and it wasn’t a problem.
So I say, if you are a little lenient on how they may come out…close but not exact, it’s worth it!! My girls haven’t tried them on yet, as Rita still has to ship them, but so far so good, fingers crossed! Each dress was $88USD including taxes and shipping! (I’m even getting them shipped to South Korea, USA and Canada.)
Hope this helps!
Will update when the girls try them on! (The 1st 2 are the listed dresses we went off of)
