I have finished putting together gifts for my three beautiful bridesmaids.
I’m so pleased with how they turned out & they are certainly something I would love to recieve.
Each box contains:
– pale pink Bridesmaid hoodie
– pale pink Bridesmaid singlet
– ivory clutch purse
– Napoleon lipstick
– Dior lipgloss
– Pearl bracelets
– Pearl studs
– Gold + pearl hair pin
– Bridesmaids Emergency Kit (hair pins, breath mints, bandaids etc)
– Thank you for being my Bridesmaid card
If I happen to find them at the right price, I’ll also pick up a mini perfume each & maybe some heart shaped sweets.
Just before I give them to the girls, I’ll take everything out & fluff up the paper so they still look nice & full. Then I’ll write in the cards & tie a thick white bow around each of the boxes.
For my two flower girls, I have the little boxes that you can see in the picture, each with a pearl hair pin & a pearl bracelet with a little charm that says Flowergirl. They also have Thank you for being my Flowergirl cards.
I’m so thrilled with how everything turned out!
What are you gifting to your girls?

Wow, that looks amazing! Love the gold heart stickers. I actually just finished my bridesmaid shopping yesterday 😀
I have two bridesmaids, so they’re each getting a robe and bracelet:
And since those are both for the wedding (although I’m pretty sure they’ll use them after), I got them each a fold-over clutch, in colours I think they’ll both like:
And of course, a heartfelt card 🙂

If the clutch and the jewelry is to be worn for your weddimg then you might want to add a truly personal gift to thank them for being them. Everything else is centered on your wedding and their gifts should fully be about them.

We got ours personal gifts, so:
Maid/Matron of Honor: Nike trainers and Lego:
Australian kiwi green opal and 14ct gold stud earrings (to represent her new life in Australia) and a 10ct yellow gold love knot ring (I have a matching one) to represent her life in the UK and our friendship:
A yellow gold, pearl and diamond necklace, and yellow gold and pearl stud earrings (she likes simple, classic jewellery, and loves pearls):
A 2mm wide yellow gold ring (she’s wanted one for AGES):
Silver, pearl and CZ necklace, and white gold and CZ stud earrings (we wanted to get her something she could keep, and she loved her ‘grown-up’ jewellery):
We also made bridesmaid robes for the adult bridesmaids, though didn’t count them as a gift as they were more a prop. We also paid for their dresses (as is customary in the UK).
Your gifts sounds lovely, but I do agree with the PP who said a lot of the gifts sound more like props for your wedding, and not very personal. I think it would be nice to add something truly personal to each girl. It doesn’t have to be expensive, it could be a bottle of their favourite wine/liquor, or their favrouite candy, but I think it’s nice to have a personal touch.

They are beautiful clutches!

Hmm I didn’t even think about this! I guess they will use a few of the items again, but mostly they are to use on the wedding day. My sister is one of my BM’s & for her wedding she gave us robes, jewellery, clutches & small mirrors to use on the day & we paid for our own hair + MUA. I guess I thought that this + paying for hair & makeup was enough!
Do you have any suggestions? I don’t want to double up with more jewellery or anything. Maybe I could choose them each a more substantial bottle of perfume?

I got my girls hangers personalized with their names on it, silk robes to get ready in the morning, a custom made Vietnamese traditional dress for the tea ceremony and a Kendra Scott dainty necklace 🙂 I also have thank you cards but haven’t started on those yet 🙂
luxelove: I LOVE the way you wrapped and assembled your gifts!!! Very pretty!

You have chosen such amazing gifts! Now I am a little bit stumped as to what to add that is more personal & not an item already included for each girl.
Did you also give your BMs thank you gifts after your bridal shower? (If you had one?) My girls are throwing me one in two weeks & I was going to give them each something at the end, but I’m not too sure what yet. Maybe a spa treatment or something?

Yours look so cute!! Will they be wearing the necklace on the wedding day?

Thanks! If you’re Canadian, they’re from Chapters….even though its a bookstore, they are starting to have so many cute accesories and household items, I always find such cute things there.

We don’t have showers in the UK.
My advice would be to get them something you would get them for their birthday, or for Christmas. I doubt many people would buy their friends identical birthday presents, so I approached the thank-you gifts in the same way.
It doesn’t have to be anything extravagent, as you’ve already spent a lot; it could be their favourite food/drink (eg one of mine loves Jack Daniels, another loves this particular brand of Sauvignon Blanc, another loves Malibu, etc; food-wise one LOVES dark chocolate (the higher the cocoa content the better), another Mexican food, and so on), or a gift card/voucher for somewhere they love (eg favourite restaurant, or favourite beauty salon). Or, their favourite make-up/hair product/brand of nail-polish. Etc. There are literally loads of things you could get for them that needn’t cost the earth, nor do they have to match (eg you could get one a food item, one a drink, one a voucher; you don’t have to stick with the same ‘theme’). You could even do a personal CD/playlist for each girl with songs that remind you of her, or, if you were childhood friends buy something that is a reference to taht (eg the Barbie or My Little Pony you both always wanted).
Basically, just think of them as individuals and you can’t go wrong; I think it will just be really appreciated by them if you shown you’ve thought of each of them as individuals and bought them something that is personal to them.

Wow, personally I think you’ve bought a lot for each bridesmaid. I hope they love it!
