Nature’s Miracle takes up to 2 weeks to work. The enzymes have to have time to break down the pee. Give it a little time to work before you spray anything else on it. My cat peed on my couch a few months ago and the NM definitely worked for me.

The vinegar, baking soda, dish soap, etc. method a PP mentioned really, really works like a charm!! I’ve had to use it once or twice, and I totally swear by it!

My friend’s car permanently has an odor of cat pee, because on her 14 hour trips between home and school on breaks and holidays, she lets the cat roam in the back. We tried to alleviate it one of the last times by taking him for walks at rest stops, but he wasn’t having that, lol.
