are these the actual flowers you’ll be using or just a stand in? they look very fake, so if you plan on using fake i would try to get something a little more real looking. i agree that water in the vase would help.

I think the flowers just look REALLY white- maybe if they were dyed with a little with a super weak tea it might make them look a little less fake?

I like the concept, but I agree that those flowers look VERY fake.

Honestly, I am not a fan. I think that the flowers look too fake. Also, since your tablecloth is white, IMO it will look better if you do red and burnt orange roses instead of white roses. Unless you were planning on tying in the burnt orange a different way.

    Something like this:

I think it would work with real flowers and if the flowers were fuller.

I think the centerpieces are pretty, but too plain.

Have you thought of making fabric flowers? I cannot bring myself to spend alot of money on real flowers that are just going to die, and I am having a fall wedding. So I am making all my own bouquets. I’ll post a pic of the flowers I have made so far, (I’m going to need ALOT more) The fabric cost me $8 at the thrift store. My colors are shades of Ivory, Champagne, Black and White

@loyd4karra: I just googled red and burnt orange centerpieces. I think using fake flowers are fine…the ones you have just look a little too fake. Another suggestion would be to take the leaves off of the flowers and just use the roses.

You can also use the styrofoam floral rounds in the top to cut the stems and just arrange them in the foam and use the ribbon or something else to cover the stems, foam, etc at the top of the vase

Or you can use some type of “filler” to cover the stems: rocks, jelly beans, sand, etc

I liek the suggestions I like everything but those rocks in the bottom of the vase maybe try a differnt filler like spanish moss ( which can be painted) Add some more red into it maybe.
