I do like the look of the ribbon in the back but not in the front. Maybe don’t have the ribbon but accessorize really well and with a veil on, it will add more to it anyway.

Ok so…no fibbon but add accessories is my vote (veil, necklace, earrings, bracelet).

To me the ribbon just doesn’t fit with the dress. I think there’s so much going on at the top I would just leave it. It looks great as is!

I like the ribbon (especially knowing it would be tied better on the day). But I do think the tails of the ribbon should be shorter.

I don’t think the ribbon is enhancing this dress personally. I think there is enough detail in the bodice.

gingerkitten:  First, I love your headpiece! I also think the pearls and sparkly earrings will be perfect. Second, the line shows right about where I think it should end/maybe even curl a little.

gingerkitten:  I like it with the ribbon! It defines your tiny waist Have you thought of having a dusky pink one? Also, I absolutely love your dress, you did an incredible job!

I voted other. I think the ribbon doesnt work, but a thin sparkly belt would look great and enhance the silhouette by draw attention to your waist. I agree with you though, the dress by itself does look like its missing something

I usually vote no for sashes or belts, but I actually like it on this dress! Something about the stiching on the bodice makes it work.

Hmmmmm I love the way the bow looks in the back… But I also love the front of the dress. Could you maybe sew the sash in from the sides and then tie it in the back so that the front is still “sash-less” the back looks beautiful with the bow on there!

I love the bow from the back, but not the ribbon from the front. I’d go without. I’m not sure what it is – maybe if it was a slightly lighter colour?
