My Corgi, Tilly, has recently discovered that she can use her body weight to move our dining room chairs into a position where they will allow her to get onto the table. Only problem is that sometimes the momentum of jumping off the chair pushes it back too far for her to jump back and get down.
I just got this pic from Fiance five minutes ago. The only accompanying text was “Busted.”

Hahahahah! OMG, your puppy is so cute! Look at that face! 😀

Love it! She doesn’t even look embarrassed. more like
“yeah. I’m on the table. So?”

@GroovyHippieChick: She’s in for a rude awakening.
Fiance pulled ALL the chairs away from the table, so now she has to sit up there and think about what she’s done LOL!!!
(she’s smart enough to get up, but definitely not dumb enough to jump down, so no worries)

You just made me love Corgis! My Aunt has 2 but they’re the yellow twinky looking kind, and they’re extremley overweight so i’d never considered them cute dogs, but AW! Hahah I walked in the kitchen last week and my almsot full grown Husky was sitting on the counter wimpering, she had jumped up there, and eaten an ENTIRE bowl of black-eye-peas and couldnt get back down. I feel your pain!

I feel your pain. My pug has learned to do the same thing. Somehow yesterday he got out of his crate whie we were gone and ate all the donuts that were on the table! Troublemakers…

We fostered a corgi/pittie mix. Pretty much the smartest dog ever. And so mischevious. If there was a way to get to food, she’d find it.

LOL that is way too cute. even the ‘busted’ text. mine likes to hide shoes & keys. very frustrated when you’re already running late in the morning!

Oh…that’s super cute!!!! Love it!!!

@Kkaattii: Corgis gain weight easily, so you really have to watch their diet and exercise level to keep them trim. Great dogs! LOL your poor Husky sounds like a big baby 😉
@SimplyMrsC: LOL what a little stinker!
@ohmybears48: They are so smart. Like, scary smart. If she had thumbs I’m pretty sure Fiance and I would be tied up in the garage while she raided the fridge.
@Mrs. Gremmlin: Hahaha is yours a little shit too? 😉
@MapleMoose: She’s being punished now lol. I guess Fiance pulled all the chairs away from the table and left her there for a while to teach her a lesson!
@brttnyhrrll: Mine has never gone for shoes or keys…probably because she can’t eat them 🙂
