(Closed) My dad is sick with cancer and on chemo, how will I not cry down the aisle?

@cieritaqt:  You have to look at the positive side, and that is, he is still alive and is doing well with the treatment and he will be there the day you get married to walk you down.

My father lost his battle, I was 13 when he died. So I know that its painful to watch your dad suffer, and its a pain I would never want anyone to experience. But be grateful he is here to walk you down. Just smile and count your blessings,

I pray that he kicks cancer in the ass.

@cieritaqt:  Hug’s also its totally ok to cry at your wedding its natural even more so with such huge emotional things happening, breahting totally helps alot (sometimes when i forget to breath i get really emotional) best wishes to all your family as well i hope your dad is doing well

@cieritaqt:  Take a few deep, slow breaths before you go down the aisle. Center yourself. And then walk. You might cry and that’s okay. People cry at weddings. 🙂

It’s ok to cry going down the aisle. Nobody will find it off-putting.

Its ok, you have to let grace flow through you, if you cry its grace. I am so sorry to hear about your Dad.
