@SimpleGifts: It was quite a journey. I bought all the brooches and stemmed them by attaching them to floral wires and floral tape, then I bought a blank bouquet , setting, bought all the flowers. I put all the flowers on it, tiny dab of hot glue on each connection point and then attached the brooch stems with more floral wire and hot glue.

@MsPanda: I found it in a little shop in Depot Bay on our first vacation ever. It was in the winter and we went to Newport. In the Valley (we live in Salem) it was like 30’s and snowing, but on the coast it was 60 and sunny. And because it was in the winter, there was nobody there. It was like we had the city all to ourselves. Just thinking about how perfect that weekend was takes me back and makes me realize why I love this state so much!
