I think you need more beads or something to make the stems stay in place.  they just kinda look ramdon.

I think you have done a great job. What a great buy on the vases!

Can you make the curly willow spread out a bit more?

 

If you want to have some different looks, or maybe arrangements for the bar, the escort or gift table, or the restroom you could do some like this:

its lovely… the flowers look quite realistic.. have you considered real touch flowers? they would be cheaper than natural flowers but look and feel natural
