Those are both adorable! I love them, you did a great job!! 🙂 I love that the veil is a piece of your moms, I wish my mom still had hers!!

I’m DIYing just about everything right now..or at least thinking about starting it (LOL) I have to do bouquets, centerpieces, table runners, chair signs, favors, our cake topper, corsages, 2 more bouts, my girls necklaces, directional signs, ceremony decor…the list goes on and on!

@xlittlemissbridex How are you plannign on doing the boutinniers and corsages? I see lots of fabric flower tutorials and I’m just making a TON of flowers right now but once i need to assemble them into more than a bouquet or strewn on a table I’m gonna be lost lol.

I started out with fabric flowers, I have probably almost 200. Then I decided it was too much fabric..lol. I am wearing a sash and my girls are wearing these fabric layer-y looking dresses so I just wasn’t liking them together. I also bought a ton of brooches because I was going to include those in the bouquet as well, but ended up not liking that either.

So instead, I decided to use peacock feathers and dried flowers! I have most of the bouts done, and for the corsages I think I am going to incorporate the brooches and use less flowers..hopefully!

Here’s a couple of my bouts..I still need to wrap the ends in either ribbon or twine. Other than that, I’m not sure if they’re done yet or not..lol

And here’s a little bit of my inspiration for the corsages, although mine are going to look much more like the bouts I’ve already made..obviously.

What do you girls think? Sorry for the ginormous pictures!! 😉

P.S. I DID actually get to the point of turning my flowers into bouquets. I followed the tutorials of some of the bees on here to do it..so if you need any tips there I’d be glad to help!! Like the flowers, it’s not really difficult..just time consuming!

Those are so cute! I wanted to do chair signs but how our table is, no one will see them so I am focusing on details people will. Right now I am working on securing fall leaves for grapevine wreaths for our centerpieces ( below)

Making paper hearts for ceremony chairs:

And finishing my wishing tree and direction signs:

@LizLemon:  I think both your banners and cake topper are unique.  I love the special touch of your cake topper.

Here are my DIY Mr and Mrs photo props/chair signs and our cake toppers.  FI is totally in love with the toppers.  He’s showing them off to everyone, which is funny because when I first mentionned the cake toppers he thought it was tacky!  That showed him!
