I like it, I would just go softer/lighter on your eyebrows, and you could add a whiter/shimmer/light color underneath your eyebrows and to the corner of your eyes to highlight. Also blend the eyeshadow a little more.

Great job. I would say define your nose and cheekbones a little more, be a tad heavier on your eyeshadow, go ligther on your eyebrows. Overall it looks really great!

I think a bit more blending is needed, but overall I think it looks great. Plus if you love the look and want to look like you- definitely don’t bother spending. I love your eyebrow shape but it seems a bit harsh/filled in… maybe a softer touch/lighter color? You’re very pretty!

wow, i think your makeup looks spot on! very symmetrical and even. some suggestions:

  • REALLY REALLY TRY to take mock pictures to replicate the expected lighting/background of w-day- be on the look out for make up looking too harsh/soft, shiny spots, or even miscoloring (especially between your face and neck/chest)
  • don’t overload on highlighting/ moisturizers or foundations with spf- this tends to make us oily looking
  • don’t forget primer and waterproof eye makeup

overall, i think you look great! it depends on what you envision your wedding image to be– do you want to look different than usual? does this match the feeling of your dress/theme? i kinda think the makeup might be too harsh for a wedding- i think you’d look gorgeous with less, but it really depends on the feel of your wedding. i’m planning on a daytime garden wedding so i’d probably go lighter on the eyes and blushier :]

@cayday19:  In all honesty, I didn’t see anything aside from your eyebrows. I think the color added made them look very very heavy. Maybe try a redo?

I wish my hair was that pretty out of the shower!

I think you can definitely pull off doing your own makeup for your wedding. I did my own, and it wasn’t a big deal. I didn’t want to risk having someone else do it and not look like myself!

It looks great, but there are a few things I would change:

-Lighten up the brows/fill them in a little softer. They are beautiful, but I think it would flatter the rest of your features more if they didn’t draw as much attention.

-If you are comfortable, I would skip lining your waterline, and just blend a little bit of dark shadow on the bottom outer half of your eyes. Even better if you can line your waterline with a nude/ whitish color.

-Soften up the outer edges of the shadow. The shape is great, but for your wedding day you may not want a harsh line where the shadow ends.

-Fake eyelashes! And make sure to curl them with your together with your natural lashes.

-I can’t tell if you are wearing blush from the pictures, but make sure your cheeks are nice and rosy on the day of, so you don’t look washed out in pictures. And practice taking pictures of your makeup with the flash on so you know that your foundation photographs well.

Those are just small things, but overall I think you did a really good job!

I do like it, but it does look very evening-y/heavy to me. If you’re having an evening wedding and you like a dramatic makeup look, I think it’s great: I really do like the strong brows. I’m having a daytime wedding and want a more natural look, but if you’re going for a dramatic aesthetic the only tip I can think of is to maybe add some blush or bronzer: the eye makeup is great but it is making you look a bit washed out.

i think it looks amazing, the only suggestion i would put is to not make the eyebrows quite as strong. other than that; awesome job!!!!
