I just wanted to show some of the DIY projects I have completed so far for my November wedding. There is still a couple more projects I am looking forward to doing! If anyone sees something they’d like to make, feel free ask for the template or instructions. The best part of DIY is sharing your creations!
The photo below is the Mr. & Mrs. chair signs I created. This picture is not the completed version, I have drilled holes through the tops and used ribbon to attach to the chairs. I created these for less than $10, and they are wood.
I created these reserved signs very simply through Word. I think they turned out great!
Here is the first vase I decorated. I have since finished all the others.
This “thank you” will be used during our wedding photos, then for our thank you cards as well. I was about to DIY this for about $7. It was sooo simple, It only took me an hour.
These are the favor bags I created. DIY cost for 80 bags was about $15-$20
This is the first proof of my DIY program fans! I also attached bubbles onto the back. I created this template in Word as well.

Wow, everything looks great! I especially like the reserved signs and the ‘thank you’ banner. How did you make the thank you banner?

@lindsayandchris09: I went to Michael’s, chose two types of card stock (one for the background design and one for the front) I 2 sheets of each, then I decided how big I wanted each square, cut the background paper to size, then cut the other paper a few sizes smaller. I glued them together. I purchased a pack of gold glitter adhesive letters from Michael’s, stuck a letter on each sheet. Used a hole punch to put two holes at the top of each sheet, then threaded ribbon through. Super easy-peasy!

I just finished my sand ceremony shadow box and I wanted to share. I got the DIY idea from a couple of different posts. I was shocked at how expensive sand ceremony kits were. I was able to make the box and order sand for less than half the price!
