Mine is costing me $1200 for 6 hours. Tell him that and maybe he will realize that you got a great deal.

That is a great price where I live!  I am getting married on NYE so some verdors for us were a little pricer than they normally would be, but mine is serveral thousand dollars!  So $550 sounds like a steal to me!

You need to choose who you are comfortable with.  Don’t base your decision on the fact that this guy is mad  & thinks that you are paying too much.  It’s none of his business, it’s your wedding and that’s that!

Great deal! Ours is 900 and that’s because he know my dad. Another one wanted 1500 in a rural county in MD. Crazy

Were paying $600 for 10 hours (though we only need him 5). He’s doing it outside his company, if we booked him through the production company he works for it would have cost us $3200. Your getting a good deal- I found out $2000-$3000 was pretty average here.

That is crazy, I would and could never pay 1200 dollars for a dj.  We found a great dj that has great reviews for 450 for 5 hours.  Just get some references.

that’s a great deal. Or DJ cost $1100 for 5 hours. I have the mentality that you get what you pay for. The DJ does more than just play music (at least that’s what I thought). You want someone good that can carry the party..and you dont have to worry about what happens next
