So sorry for your loss. It’s truly a tragedy – they are family members, not just animals.

That sounds very suspect.. it’d be one thing if they tried their best and you know it, but they sound like they’re purposely withholding information, which makes the situation even more tragic. I’m so sorry for your loss and hope you are able to make peace and perhaps give another dog a good home and as much love as you had for your Romo. πŸ™

I am so sorry for you loss. I really hope something comes out of the autopsy for your own peace of mind. I know it’s hard but remember the happy times and try to push that phone call and day out of you mind! Best wishes!!!

i’m so sorry for your loss. I hope they do a proper autopsy and you get the answers that you deserve. And yes, raise hell with them, call, visit, send letters to the company everyDAY until you get those answers. I’m not sure if this has been posted but the proper way to conduct surgery is to take blood first, to determine whether or not the dog can get anesthsia and the proper dose. Mine went through 2 (neutering and teeth cleaning), the vet always explained to me that his heart is on constant monitor. Also I think you should report them to better business bureau.

Feel better soon

When I took my dachshund to get fixed the vet assured me that he was old enough to have the surgery. When I went in to pick him up they had charged me an extra $50 because he was not fully mature and they had to go deeper. They didn’t bother to call me to ask if this was alright before doing it, they just did.

It’s really too bad that people don’t take a pet’s health as seriously as they do for people and I’m truly sorry for your loss. πŸ™

I am so sorry for your loss! We had a close call with one of our pups a few months ago and it was so scary- I can’t even imagine how you must feel! Big BEE hugs! πŸ™‚
