I LOVE rose cuts and I never thought I’d say this but that one is toooooo big! Because of the large windows you get with rose cuts, although they look BEAUTIFUL in less than a ct stones, a stone THAT large is pretty much ALL window! It’s like a great big diamond cabochon. I’m sorry you didn’t like it but while hubby is in a generous mood, make sure you check out some more sparkly goodness – on eragems and single stone and james meyer. Those are some of my antiquey faves!

That stone is totally BEAUTIFUL and so unique!! Forgive me if this is out of line, but why don’t you get laser tattoo removal if you wish you could “erase” it? From the outside looking in, this seems doable within you guys’ budget and would resolve the problem of the stone not looking right next to the tattoo…?

dancingbee3940 : From what I’ve heard those are relatively easy to remove. The tattoos with color in them are significantly more difficult.

Wow…from beginning to end. I’m sorry your heart did not sing when you got it.

I posted earlier to say I loved it but now seeing it on you and hearing it’s not making your heart sing then of course it’s totally right it goes back. You could get an amazing old cut from jbg for your 50k

(I am having a tattoo removed. It is working well.
I would not keep a 50k ring unless I loved it.
