Hello bees,
After months of anticipation and dress regret on my part my dress arrived this weekend.
It is Adalee but in White. I was unsure about my choice but I am actually happy with the white.
What bothers me is the front. First of all, dress is a bit big as I will be adding some bust support so it is a size 10 – ideally I am an 8.
So please consider that.
What bothers me in the front is that I don’t want it to be overly puffy but at the same time I still want to wear a crinoline to make it spread out nicely. I am wearing a hoop here but I feel like it is a bit too round and puffy. Any thoughts on appropriate crinoline options? Maybe crinoline but no hoop?
Also, did I make the right choice? I have been lusting over Mariana Pronovias and I am just unsure.
I am still choosing shoes – I bought a pair and they are perfect height as I will not need a hem but ouch they hurt – so I am still on the look.

your dress is beautiful and you look great in it! i do agree that the hoop may be a bit much. maybe try a fit and flare slip instead?

OMG!!!! This is my dress. I bought Adalee and I have my first fitting at the end of June. I will be of no use to you because I love the poof at the bottom. Sorry. The dress is so pretty!! Good Luck!

Your dress is gorgeous and you look amazing. I think the hoop might be a bit much though; maybe try a few different crinolines to see what else you might like?
If I didn’t already order a dress I would be hunting down this style to try on. Love this dress!

this dress was my other option!! It is so stunning on you. I actually like the hoop you are using, I think it gives a great amount of “oomph” to the bottom, without overdoing it… It looks fabulous!
