Can you talk to the etsy seller about what you don’t like?

Could a seamstress make it fit better with alterations?

First, take a deep breath ad wait a day- you may have a better idea of which way you want to go with a clear mind tomorrow.  If you dont think it will fit better/you would be comfortable in it after some alterations, then start dress shopping, and post the dress on the WB classifieds.  There are also lots of websites for wedding dress re-sales.  A mom and pop boutique may even take the dress a sa trade in (for re-sale), and give you a discount on a new dress.  But focus on finding what you like now, and worry about selling the dress after the wedding- when your head is more clear.  Hope this helps!!!  Smile!!! Girl your getting married!!!

If you love the dress but hate the fit, remember that 99% of dresses need alterations. Find a seamstress and at least go have a consultation – sometimes a little tiny fix can change the whole fit of the dress!

Depending on how it fits alterations may be your best bet.  I would talk to the etsy seller and see how your measurements got lost in translation and maybe that will help the seamstress figure out how to fix the dress.  If anything at least you have some time between now and November to get a new dress, albeit you need to hurry if you are going to purchase a new dress so it can be fitted for you.  Good luck!!!!  Oh!  And don’t forget to breathe!!!!:)
