It’s beautiful and I love it with the bolero (I adore lace). Hard to judge what your hair islike formthe picure but I think long , loose curls might suit the romantic look of the dress (perhaps swept to one side)?

aussierhirhi :  beautiful! how about bolero during the ceremony and no bolero at reception? this way you get to show off both styles!

aussierhirhi :  I can see why you splurged on the bolero; it adds a regal touch to the dress. A suggestion: have the beautiful vertical lines of the pleats of your dress referenced with your hairstyle and earrings. I think your dress calls for a structured updo with hairpins and veil such as the ones below:

hairstyle:

hair pins from Twigs & Honey:

veil:

earrings from John Lewis:

It will be lovely, when you are in it as it should be, done up! When you have your hair and makeup done, any accessories on, and are glowing like a bride, you will make the dress into something beautiful.

It’s gorgeous. I love the combo of it with the bolero. It’s super elegant.
