I don’t have pictures, but my wedding dress looks a LOT more white than the ivory sample I tried on. The shop lady assures me that she ordered it in ivory but it looks REALLY white. Could it just be my memory messing with me? Could it be the wear & tear a sample dress gets? My dress is Jasmine F473. Help reassure me that I’m not crazy!!

It could be that the sample you tried on was pretty faded and dirty. Ive been to lots of salons were the samples get dusty, among other things to affect the color.

I felt like mine was a little too white when I ordered it too, but I think it’s just the sample dresses tend to look more off-white from all the hands that have touched them, all the oils from people’s skin, and from the general “wear and tear” of them.

is it a light ivory? i have a maggie sottero and my dress is ivory, yet it looks almost white until you compare it to the Diamond White. Sometimes its the color of the designer and the wear and tear of samples..they get a LOT of wear on them- hands and bodies and oils ( i used to work in bridal boutique)
if you have serious concerns- you should be able to order a sample color swatch from jasmine to make sure

It could be a dirty sample. D they still have it? Or one by the same designer to compare?

Put it next to something that is pure white- Does it look the same? It may just be a light ivory.

Thanks to everyone for putting my mind at ease! I contacted jasmine bridal and they said the ivory in that fabric is quite white. My consultant said she will hold up the bright white next to it and I will be able to see the difference. Guess I need to chill out a bit and trust the people around me.
