My dress came in and I wanted ya’ll to see it: These are the best pics but let me know what you think. This is the picture of the dress from the website. I added 6 extra feel of train. I know I’m over the top. Do you think that a birdcage veil would go with it?

Beautiful dress, but that will make some bustle! Has it been tried out yet? Have you tried on a birdcage with it?

I think a bird cage veil would be lovely! You look great in your dress!

Beautiful dress. Have you tried on different veils with it?

I haven’t tried on any veils with it yet. Yes I know the bustle situation that is why I have another dress for the reception. But I’ll keep this one on for a while because it is so pretty!

That train is ridiculous! in a good way…i am in love with the train
i think a birdcage veil would look lovely, i also think the shorter veil like elbow
length would look better. Just my opinion 🙂

I bought my dress on Saturday and the lady put a full length veil with it and i’m not particularly a fan, up until now, as it looked great with the dress and gave me a great silhouette. With another dress I liked I tried a 72 inch veil and it looked good but it cut me in half compared to the full length one. So i’d keep an open mind and try on different styles and lengths and see which one looks best on you and your dress.

I think a traditional veil will compliment your dress. The bird cage veil(to me) is more vintage inspired and there doesn’t seem to be anything vintage about your dress (IMO). But try on the bird cage veil and see if it even feels like ‘you’. Sometimes the idea of something is completely different than what actually suits you. Gorgeous dress By The Way. Love the train… on that note, it’s not ‘me’, but I really do love it.

Beautiful dress! I agree with totheislnds and NatDawn. I would go with a more traditional veil with that dress.
