@MsJ26: To answer your question about the bustle, I think a French Bustle would look best. I am afriad if you are dancing a bunch, the one-point might come loose.

Wow, what a great transformation! I got a dress at ROTB very similar to your before dress and I was thinking of doing a lot of changes too! You’ve inspired me that it can be done, thanks!

@MsJ26: I actually didn’t buy it with the intentions of doing alterations but since buying it, I’ve fallen in love with the sweetheart neckline (of course!) and I really want some kind of floral embelishment, just want to make it my own really! I’m at work now but when I get home I’ll PM you a pic of the dress 🙂 Since you’ve been through the alteration process, I’d love to hear your opinions once you see the dress!
