@dynamic_duo: Don’t worry! BUT a good way I’ve been losing weight is I’m having those Carnation Essentials Breakfast shakes, instead of a greasy biscuit (at least I was, I need to start doing it again) and I started losing weight easily. And it’s really good for you!

At least now you have some motivation! Remember your dress everytime you want a cookie!

Yeah, the temptations are the worst kind! But there is no better motivation than a beautiful wedding dress to help you out! Good luck!

7 pounds is not such a big deal. You can do it!

You can do it! Perhaps you should bring a picture of the dress into work? Or in your wallett to help with temptation? (totally with you on that, I just can’t say NO).

If you like the people you work with perhaps you could even put a sign up with the dress saying something like: “Don’t ask me if I want some, I love this dress too much!” – or something better than that.

Good luck, you can do it! Let us know how it goes. ๐Ÿ™‚

You wanna lose 7 pounds asap? Cut out all breads, rice, pasta and sugars (and alcochol!) and cut back on high sugar fruits. Add more veggies and low fat meats in your diet, drink tons of water, and whatever your workout is now, add a bit of extra time to it. Youll lose it in less than 2 weeks.

Oh no! I’ve actually been worried that this same thing would happen to me! You can lose 7lbs easy peasy! Have you ever done WW?

Ohh try to avoid hydroxycut! I tried it and I had to open my car door at a stop light and throw up ๐Ÿ™ Sorry if that’s Too Much Information lol- but it just made me all jittery and shakey and I felt terrible!

I echo kingytobe‘s words – what better motivation can you have. My advice is not to do a diet that is too drastic as I did this a few years ago and then when I started eating properly I put on more weight so was heavier than I was before I dieted. Now I eat sensibly and am at my smalles in 12 years.

Cheer up PurpleUnicorn! Of course you can do it! And if you don’t, I don’t think being a couple of pounds over your target weight is the end of the world ๐Ÿ™‚

Seamstresses can work wonders with your dress, you’ll probably have to have some changes done anyway just so it fits your body shape (sample dresses sometimes look like they were made for plank shaped people) so I’m sure they’ll make it fit wonderfully well!
