I would still scare her and say you’re sending DHL to her door.  See what happens.  Have you paid for the entire thing, or is there a balance due?

Can you have it mailed to the new address instead? or to someone else who lives near your new address (I would volunteer, if that’s not too weird – I live in DC)

@ohheavenlyday: Have you seen photos of the dress? If so, can you share? I’m curious because I almost bought a dress from this same maker (for my end of August wedding!). Good luck with all this! I hope you get it soon and that it fits perfectly and is magnificent. 🙂
