I think it’ll work out great – you’re very thin, so 1.5″ should hopefully be enough to give you breathing room. If that doesn’t work, you could always have a corset back put in, which would give you a little extra room. Either way, it’s a beautiful dress that looks great on you!

Is that at Ventura’s? I just ordered my dress there a few weeks ago.:)
You look awesome in the dress, but if you’re incomfortable, then you should definitely have them take it out a little. I’ve heard good things about their alterations, so you should be fine. Good luck!

It is gorgeous on you! I think that you’ll definitely get some relief if they take out an inch or two. I had mine taken out 1.5 inches right at the rib cage area and I went from crying to dancing with joy. Good luck!

Have it taken out – even an inch will do WONDERS for how it feels! The rest of it seems to fit fine, and you’ll be much more comfortable.

- Wedding: December 2019 - Paris, France
it looks great.. BUT I have worn a gown that was taken in too much and I did not have time to have them take it out so I wore it as it was.. and it was a disaster.. I could not eat.. or BREATHE! You def don’t want to feel like that on your wedding. make them take it out!

Your dress is stunning but I can see what you mean about it being tight. While you would get away with it no problem on sight (you are teeny tiny) you look SOOOOO uncomfortable. Let the dress out!!
