Awww, don’t stress!   The dress is absolutely beautiful on you.   You are so small to begin with I bet even if you lost a few pounds you would feel so much better; which four months is plenty of time to do so.  The dress looks great, nothing bad about it! Smile

I really can’t see any difference. Your waist looks tiny. Don’t worry, the seamstress should be able to let it out a bit. Who knows? In two months you may be smaller πŸ™‚

I don’t see a difference, I think you look cute and small and very pretty in all the pictures.

@eeruhlig:  you look amazing in your dress! and if you have 2 months, you can definitely tone your upper body a bit so you feel more comfortable! i’ve been working out for about 6 weeks now and i have already seen a difference. i really don’t think you need to worry about it though, because i literally couldn’t see what you were talking about, and even comparing to december i really can’t see a difference.

@eeruhlig:  Just do push ups…everyday! I’ve always had huge arms and they don’t match the rest of me…bad genes I guess. I think you look beautiful in that gown and don’t need to change a thing:)

@eeruhlig:  Im going to be completely honest and please please dont have me for this…but I can notice a difference. And I can only say that because I am a very short and petite girl and when I gain 5 lbs you can see it EVERYWHERE! My face, my arms, my stomach, my thighs…it sucks! You should easily be able to lose 5lbs or so before the wedding! Just try working out a little more often and keep track of your calorie intake. I use the myfitnesspal app on my phone. I really hope I didnt hurt your feelings, I just know what its like to gain a couple lbs and not realize it until things stop fitting properly. :/

do you belong to a gym?

when i joined my gym, i had 3 free sessions with a trainer.  he set me up on a weight training program and told me when i am bored he can work with me to see what we can do (no charge).

if you don’t belong to a gym, do pushups, dips off the bathtub, curls with canned food, etc.

also, go out and enjoy the beautiful weather, if you aren’t a runner, take walks, hikes, etc, espcially with your fiance.
