I do see the differences and the slight similarties. Sorry you weren’t all too happy. I think this dress is simple enough to get most of the details right. I can see how they slipped up.
Both of my dresses weren’t exact replicas at all. I always considered them more inspirations. I had beaded details that weren’t exactly like the original. Also some details that seemed to be of their own design.
But I do think that it had the aspects I loved the most of my dress. Never saw the originals in person though since they aren’t available in my location.
But back to you! I hope it will work out for your big day. I think it should look full on the bottom. Also the ruffle on the top could be more vivid. How did you feel about the beading on the belt? If its too different, maybe there will be a good way to adjust it.
I hope you will be able to find solutions.

Okay after gettting seriously burned by Fabulous u after a grreat review and everything . I researched similar dress and found that another bride had just ordered this dress.
Its from Kitty Chen’s 2012 Collection and it is so beautiful. Meet “Ruby”
She is a lovely fit and flare, dress that won’t require me to shuffle slide like a geisha ( all though I am enamoured of geisha’s)
Here is the Bride who I spoke with and this is also the dress that I am ordering.
I’ve been talking to Jenny, who has been really nice to answer all of my questions.
Here are details of the dress. I asked them to replicate the brides dress. her’s with detachable belt.
I am adding this one to my dress. Since you can’t really see how the the belt is on the dress in the photo on their site.
The belt I want made , but in black instead of ivory.
Side view of her dress. Fits her pretty well. She is 6ft she told me.
This is exactly what I am looking for and what I really wanted my original dress to be. I am going to have a tulle and lace high neck mandarin collar overlay jacket to go over it instead of having it made onto the dress. I can always wear it againMy
To make the dress lay nicely I will be wearing a fit and flare mermaid slip underneath. Or have my seamstress at crinoline, but I was told that they provide five layers and the dress stand out well. She has a on a hoop becuse her was quite long.
I can’t wait to order. right now the dress is on sale. 229.99 since I changed the neckline they are charging me 15.00 and then I had the train extended by a 1 1/2 for $18.00 and for custom measurements. I went up and inch on all measurements ( better to take in than let out) and the back will be lace up like the other brides. Teh difference will be my overlay and belt.
I love their work and quailty. The bride was kind of enough to answer all of my questions. Whoo Hoo. Should have went to Dressilyme first.! Please please do not purchase from Fabulous u.
The dres is beautiful but when we tried her on for the first time the zipper busted all the way down. when I took her to a seamstress they said that there was no extra fabric in the seams to let her out. Not to mention the dress was measured and the measurements I gave and the ones that the dress are don’t match.
don’t worryI am gonna find some type of use for it ( I am deconstructing it)
