Of course I went back and looked at your ring and I can see why you loved it. It was beautiful in pictures as it was but I’m glad to hear you/SO caught the error quickly and the shop has been honest enough to finally give your SO what he paid for.

thank goodness the error was found out soon enough, becuase all the other guys have not had problems I would like to think that they honestly had a workship error and were not trying to rip you off.

So glad it is getting fixed though, and congrats on a beautiful ring.

I’m really glad you discovered and and was able to get fixed.  Beautiful ring too!!  I cant believe I missed your original posting of it!  But I still would not return to that store.  They sound totally shady.  I cannot believe that a store would sell any diamond that comes with a certificate and not double check the certificate against diamond in the ring when came back from the workshop, and that they would let a customer out the door without verifying it again.  I have a VS too, and my husband told me the jeweler was very patient in pointing out the inclusions to my husband until he could see it and getting my husbands ok that everything was in line before taking ownership.

WOW that’s nuts! So happy you got it resolved, though. You definitely deserve what you paid for.
