I love it! The mushrooms are a nice touch.

Enchanted to me would mean glitter, maybe a votive in the piece, topiaries…Youre on the right track. The moss and mushrooms add a great touch.

Is this for all the tables? I def. love it and the detail is great- but maybe not for all the tables? Seems busy for people to be eatting around, and maybe the head table it would distract from your pretty face. At the guest sign in, or other table it def. be very admired I am sure!

we are actually doing picnic tables too! Have you done a mock up? I was sort of surprised at how narrow they are! And then considering putting plates, glasses, silverware, water pitchers, salt and peppers, escort cards, then maybe a cake plate etc etc… (that is what my nagging mother told me when we were doing our mock ups!) Maybe experiment with taking some of the grass off the bottom and some of the heightened detail?

I think it is beautiful, but I wouldn’t say enchanted exactly but I can see where you are going and you are almost there! It does look like a fairy could live in that log! Like the PP I agree it needs more glitter or maybe even sparkly branches or  to help bring it into looking enchanted. You can even spray your log with a kyrlon glitter spray paint to give it some sparkle. Maybe even adding some butterflies or flowers with a slight sheen or sparkle?

@Firinne:  I agree. I love the idea of incorporating some glitter covered items. Maybe some branches or glittery butterflies?? And then adding some votives that will make the glitter sparkle. They look great so far!

It’s cute, but it looks like your theme is the Disney movie “Tangled.”
