@MrsFarm0619:  Very odd. And I would think that your FI and FMIL will find it odd as well. Maybe speak to you FI about it, and get him to talk to your FFIL about it.

@MrsFarm0619:  That’s strange. Does he mean to just drive you around – like drop you off and wait in the car until you’re ready for the next one?

I still would think it was awkward and weird….

Very sweet of him to offer, but i wouldnt take him up on it. This is a day with the girls and not for your FFIL to over hears conversations that are bound to take place LOL

@Nikkimcq:  +1. I think it was nice of him to offer, and I probably didn’t even think about it being weird, but weird it would be nonetheless. I would make sure he knows you appreciate the offer, but decline.

Maybe he just wants to make sure you aren’t getting a stripper Tongue Out

@MrsFarm0619:  Have you asked your fiance to get onside with you about this? Maybe see if he can entice his dad to come along with the boys.

Very unusual.

@MrsFarm0619:  No. way. in. hell. would my FFIL be attending my bach party. No freaking thank you, I’d rather not have one. Love him, but that’s just horrendously awkward. It’s so sweet of him to offer, and he likely doesn’t realize how weird could be, but still, no way.

@MrsFarm0619:  “whatever packs of wild men do” lmao

Seems really odd to me. It’d be just as weird as having my own dad there, which is exactly what I’d say to my FFIL in this situation. If you wouldn’t want your own dad there, you wouldn’t want him.

@MrsFarm0619:  I’m confused as to why he wouldn’t want to be with his son for his sons bachelor party if its the same day? Or are you not having parents attend?

Its a sweet offer but I agree, for everyones sake he should probably stay home lol
