I don’t know what to do right now. He drives a carhauler and his tuck was one of the company’s oldest trucks and had a lot of engine problems. It’s been in for two weeks for repairs. They’re saying it is his fault and that he put something in the truck to get it started that I guess is impossible for him to do. I don’t know what we’re going to do. I don’t work, I’m in nursing school full time, and I don’t graduate untilthe end of April. He was making $80k a year and was basically paying for everything. All of our deposits are nonrefundable. He has other options, but not with the money he was making. OMG. I want to cry.

I’m so sorry. Is there any way that either of you could start picking up part time jobs now before you graduate? He might be able to claim unemployment but the company might block the claim. I hope you can figure something out.

Everything will work out. Talk to your families and the venues. They may be able to push back the due date for the rest of the money!?

I’m so sorry! That’s so tough. *HUGS* I agree with MissAsB, you should look to see if you can get part time jobs to hold you over.

I am so sorry. Hopefully he can find something soon. in the meantime maybe youcould find something onthe weekends. That’s what I did while in nursing school and made ok money working as a nursing assistant (which i am assuming you are, since most nursing programs require, but if not sorry).
You definately have plenty of time to figure things out, so try not to panic:)

I’m sorry I’m sure everything will work out. You still have 9 months I’m sure that’s enough time to either get a part-time job, unemployment, or ask your parents for the financial help you need. Did he have money in his savings?
