The start to a very long journey to lose 100lbs! My first week and my first two pounds are GONE!
Hip hip hooray!
Seeing that tiny arrow drop those notches has just given me the boost I needed to continue on and do even more before my big day!
This isn’t a question, I just needed to share with someone 😀
Love you bees!

@FutureMrsHallam: Awesome work! Every pound lost is a step in the right direction. Are you logging on Myfitnesspal.com, weight watchers, something else? What’s your secret?

@LilRhodyGem: Nope. I don’t count calories or anything. For me I find its a lot of work to do, and it backfires when I feel lazy, which I always eventually do.
No secret, Fiance and I just eat slightly smaller portions and swap things like biscuits to a piece of fruit, stevia instead of sugar in my coffee, skim milk etc. But I still eat everything I like including the same dinner foods, icecream (we buy lite and eat less), and normal breads, condiments and everything because when I deprive myself of my favourite things I go totally off the wagon in a few weeks because avoiding all that kinda food is near impossible.
I actually had our engagement party on the weekend, I drank about 3 daquari’s and 7 “cocktails” (fruit juice with some alcohol haha) and I had a full meal and ate some of our very rich chocolate mud cake coated in chocolate glaze (YUM!)… And I still lost 3 pounds that week 🙂 Its just a slow lifestyle change that I will continually work on until Im much healthier. So hopefully, with my continual small changes my body will continue to have to adjust and that will keep me losing pounds *fingers crossed* 🙂
Also just to update, Im down 5 pounds now in 2 weeks! I lost 3 last week (which I am very surprised about!)
