yay!  you have a lot going on!  My best advice is to begin hydrating the night before.  Dont try to chug a bunch of water the morning of- you dont want to get a cramp and anyways the bathroom lines are usually horrendous!  

Have fun and relax and definitely treat yourself to a pedicure when it is all over!!

I just signed up for my first 10k – it’s going to be a week after we return from our honeymoon in the Bahamas. I’m figuring that white dress + bikini + race = The Motivational Trifecta 🙂

From a friend of mine who recently finished her first marathon: Do NOT pick race day to try out a new sport bra. She picked a bra that was really similar to her other ones, but clearly not similar enough – she ended up with some fairly awful chafing.

Get there early enough to use the bathroom!!  Littlecat is right about the lines.  And have fun!

WOW!!! Congrats babyboo!!! That’s so amazing, I’m super duper proud!!!!!! We started around the same time and I petered off with it and now I’m thinking about getting back on it!!!
