I like the first one too. If you can, I’d suggest using more jewels – sort of in a pattern to glam it up a bit.

I vote for the first one.  I like the turquoise border versus the strip of paper, its a little more subtle.  I think the first one appears a little more professional as well.  They are awesome, and the jewels are a great touch!

The first one is great!  My only suggestion would be to print the text a bit further down the page.  There is not enough white space at the top.

I, too, like the first one better!  The border gives it some definition, which I like.  The only changes I’d recommend would be to allow more blank space at the top to make it more symmetrical.  Super job!
