Instead of hosting an open bar, we’re offering beer and wine and four signature drinks. We’re *hoping* that because there’s only a few types of liquor being offered, it will cut down on the cost of hard liquor.
Anyway, this was something I had seen on a message board (the knot, maybe?) a loooong time ago, and always wanted to do. So I designed a menu this morning. I’ll print out two of them and place them in 8×10 black frames to put on each side of the bar so people will hopefully know that these are the only types of drinks available. Do you think it’s clear?

I think that’s adorabe. I’d totally understand & order a classic martini by the way.. make sure you have olives 🙂

It looks great! Just make sure you use “lemonade” in your John Dalys 🙂 .

That looks so good! I think its a great touch. Honestly, people may still not get it, not because you’re not clear, but because they just want to be sure. So those people will just ask the bartender, get clarification and they’ll be fine!
