I’ve completed my first DIY project. I found vases at Dollar Tree…. I bought all 22 that were in the store. I added ribbon and rhinestones to each of them. Half will have high embellishments and the other half low embellishments. Once I complete the flowers, I will post the completed project.
So, what do you think?? Do I need to add anything?? Is the ribbon to thin??

Very pretty, what a steal!

I’d have to see it with the flowers, but I like the high ribbon a lot better than the low ribbon. Is there a reason you are alternating them?

@bunnitrulove… The high ribbon will have flowers with branches and crystals… the low ribbon will have colored water, rocks, and floating candles, with submerged orchids.

@OBMims – ooOOoo ::wipes drool from mouth:: I like the submerged orchids! Are you doing fresh or silk? Alternating makes sense now! I like the way your ribbon isn’t too chunky, it looks streamline and classy.

Yeah dollar tree is great!!!
To all the dollar tree shoppers… If you see something in the store, but there aren’t enough… check out the website. You can order things by the cases at the same price. I think they will ship to the store for free!!
@bunnitrulove…. I think I’m going to use silk. That can be one less thing that I will have to worry about on the day of. What do you think???
@stephiemarie…. Are you going to by branches, or are you going to pick them from the yard? I’ve been debating about my source for my crystal tree!!
