We had the idea ages ago to make do counties of ireland instead of table numbers to help tie in our irish theme and so no one feels like their at a high number so their unimportant. I decided to try to make them look like vintage postcards with the address to our venue and a blurb about the county on the back. Here are a couple of them (front and back)… do you guys think they look like postcards?

I like this idea, and I think they definately do look like postcards. Honestly, I think the back looks more vintage than the front – but that’s not to say the front looks bad (I think it looks good and looks exactly like a postcard, just doesn’t seem very vintage to me). I think the “Greetings” font looks very vintage, but to me, the font for “Co Mayo” looks modern. Does this help? I like the font you selected for the back of the postcard. I also really like to blurb about each location on the back of the postcard!!

Neat! Double check your County Mayo one – your year is wrong (just wanted to make sure you don’t print it that way!)

thanks so much guys!
@hisbaby- i do have a county kerry one! what fact would you put on the back of that one?
@gabielle- I was going for a 60s kind of look on the front. i think some of them are more effective than others…oh well.
@ Goldilocks– thanks for catching my error!!
