…….an absolute success!
When I bought my dress, I could hardly fit into it. The consultant had to ask the owner if she could try to zip me up all the way (in case it ripped, so she wouldn’t get in trouble). It was a little disheartening to be honest…. when it did zip, my boobs were pouring out from the sides and I had some major back cleavage going on. This experience really woke me up. I purchased that same size and after signing a waiver at the store (that didn’t feel good haha) I swore by my first fitting it’d be big.
I went in 2 days ago to try it on, I was so anxious I didn’t sleep the night before, I was shaking when I saw it!
It is now big on me, they have to take it in on the waist quiet a bit, and they have to add cups because my precious assets can no longer fill up the dress.
I was in tears. It may only be 16 pounds but I feel like a million dollars. I unfortunately got hurt at work and haven’t been able to work out since February of last year, I did all of this by changing my eating habits and boy did it pay off!!!
The bottom picture is before, the top picture was 2 days ago. I was goofing around on the top one so don’t mind the ridiculous pose haha.

Wow congrats! You look fabulous in both pics I think 🙂
I’m sure I’m not the only one who wants to know, but I’ll be the first to ask: what did you change in your diet? 😀 you look great!

kortizi0: well, my issue was portion control. I could eat a whole cow if it was seasoned right. So what I did….. I signed up to Nutrisystem for a couple of months just to get used to small portions. After the nutrisystem was gone, I kept up with the small portions. So now I still eat a lot of salad with a nutrisystem sized lunch or dinner (very little). I learned how to avoid breads and rice and fried stuff. I stick to mostly greens to be honest.
The thing that helped the most was my Fiance though, he did the exact same thing with me, so we didn’t have anything at home that could tempt us to cheat. He lost 25 pounds so far.
I bought the dress back in February. I’m happy that the weight loss wasn’t too fast and dramatic.
Oh and I drown myself in nothing but water and tea.

kortizi0: My Fiance will sometimes invite friends over and ask (what are we feeding them? I’m going to go buy a few finger foods, chips and stuff) and he will come home with enough salami, prosciutto and cheese to feed and army. (You should see my fridge right now) those cold cuts are my guilty pleasure, so I’m dying over here! I want to raid that fridge so bad right now haha. Oh and let’s not forget the cookies! His excuse was “our friends are bringing their 2 year old!” He bought 3 packs of cookies. What the hell!!!!! Hahaha
