Looks so lovely!!! Personally, I would love a little more oomph on the eyelashes.  The red shade is great on you though.  Also, if you are going for a 50s look, have you tried a cat eye?

looks pretty!! i agree about a bit more eye definition. i know it can be hard to get the right balance with glasses but maybe add some lashes (for volume not length), cat eye or a darker lashline?

If a cat eye’s not for you, try doing an extra coat of mascara and a more defined eye. I have glasses as well and it can be tricky to get your eyes to pop! I love the shade of red you picked, though–so classic and pretty.

it’s a definite 50s look! super pretty. i agree to go with more eye definition, though! that would bring it all together.

I think that it looks nice, but I’m not seeing 50s especially. I think that adding a more red lipsick would really go far in adding to that 50s vibe…the color I’m seeing here is more berry. I love the glasses!

I think it’s very pretty.  I would def add some lashes if you are comfortable with that to just give you that extra pizzazz.  And funny you should say don’t mind your hair.  I actually like how your hair looks and was going to ask for pics of the back.  ; ) I love the 50’s look!

i love the red on you!  great match.  it is hard to tell from teh pictures, but your blush looks like a bright pinky color.  when wearing red lips, i usually like to keep cools with cools, warms with warms.  what i mean is, your red lip is a warm red shade, and your blush seems to be a cooler shade.  perhaps it would all tie in a bit better with a warmer coral colored blush.

but you look beautiful!!!

I looks lovely! But I do agree with some of the ladies above regarding the eyes definition. Perhaps make it a slight more dramatic 😉

I like the style with the bold red lip and eyes, but honestly I am not a huge fan of the foundation. I think the color is a little ashy for your skin tone, after looking at the pic of you without make-up. I think you may need a very slight pink undertone to the foundation.

I think tis great. If anything, I’d be concerned about the color of your concealer/cover up. It might just be the camera/lighting but the color coulee be more flattering. Maybe try something a little creamier. Overall, you look gorgeous though!
