I have been reading on here about my fitness pal. So I went and signed up, and I am not sure how this all works. Any help would be great.
Also anyone wanting to be a fitness pal….I need one or some or however many it takes to keep me motivated.

I used the app for a while when I was trying to eat better and work out. It’s pretty easy to track what you eat and enter your excersize information. I never really used it for the “work out group” function, but I found the app to be fairly easy and useful.

Here is another thread of a BUNCH of people’s usernames that are all super motivational…I love these ladies! They are the bomb, and someone even posted a screenshot of how to add people.
Just basically start tracking everything you put in your mouth and it will start falling into place =) Good luck! =) Feel free to add me!!!!!

Its great!! i’ve been using it on and off for awhile but have been steady with it since the new year.

It is wonderful. You can go in and set your goals. So for me I want to lose 30 lbs by October. Then it asks you how many times a week you plan on working out and for what duration of time. From there it will calculate based on your goals how many calories you need to burn each week and how many calories you can take in each day in order to accomplish your goal. From there you just type in manually or look it up in the food database what you have eaten. It is so great. I would check out the thread listed above.
