I know there are some other threads on here from a couple months ago, but I thought I would start a new one. I just joined yesterday and I’m looking for some buddies! My wedding is in September and I really need to buckle down. My username is Xubelle11 (same as here)!
Also, for the bees that have been using it for a while has it helped? I have been working with a personal trainer and have succesfully lost inches & toned, but I would still like to drop around 5-10lbs 🙂

I’ve been using it consistently since January and I lost 14lbs so far. I think it just made me more aware of portion sizes and what I was putting in my body. I also work out.

@DeeVine1217: Wow that is great! How often do you work out? I am trying to work out at least 3-4 times a week. I have been really bad lately though!

When do you usually weigh yourself/take your measurements? I am trying to figure out the best time to do it. Maybe the end of the week?

I used it a lot before my wedding, but once it was over I let my diet slide, stopped using MFP and gained 10 lbs. I just started using it again today. I’m pecorinoromano if anyone wants to be my friend and keep me motivated!
