Alright folks, it is ME again!
Just wondering if anyone wanted to be weight loss buddies (I’m planning on getting down to a nice toned 115lbs!). I’ve not been able to start it until now because I was getting everything sorted for med school entrance exams and yadda yadda yadda…
I went home, ate SO much rubbish, and I have gained 5lbs! 🙁 Not very good for me.
I’ve bought some ECA stacks, I’ve gotten an exercise plan worked out (cardio 5-6 days a week, strength only 2-3 days a week). My eating plan will be high protein, low carbs, and little and often. I’m now 135lbs (WAAAH). I want to be down to 115lbs.

I’d like to do it with some people because I don’t want to do it by myself. I need MOTIVATION! Haha
I’ll provide measurements when I can be bothered. But for now, just add me/stick your name here, and we can all motivate each other!

Oh my goodness, yay for myfitnesspal! I’m on there and I just started yesterday (although I had the app for a while – now I am sticking to it!)
