My problem is all i want to do is eat! I had twins 7 months ago and lost quite a bit of weight after. I more or less need to tone and tighten my tummy. Any suggestions for that? Something i can do at home.

I am sick at the moment and total and full disclosure, I went to Hardee’s today and had a turkey burger and vanilla shake.  The sickies make me crave grease. Bleh! 

Also – question for those who have been on MFP a while – do you log when you do weight/strength training?  When I have my ST days at the gym I go all over and it kind of seems a pain to put in 8 or more different types of workouts.  Thoughts?
