I hardly log my food anymore because I eat super healthy and I pretty much know how many calories I’m consuming a day but if I’m wanting to cheat a little I’ll log my food for the day and exercise and if I’m at a huge deficit then I’ll have what I want. I also use it heavily to figure out the nutrition information on a recipe I’m making. Other than that I don’t really log my daily food.
