I had a friend that this happened to because she fluctuated her weight so much. After she stopped starving herself, she gained a bunch of weight quickly, and then when she went on the pill her boobs literally exploded and she had these huge stretch marks. She never put lotion on them or anything, so hers were really, really pronounced and obvious. This is an extreme example though.

I think this can happen from either weight gain or loss, and it’s probably normal. The only thing I’ve ever heard of working was coca butter, or you could try one of those expensive creams that they advertise (Hydroxatone, lol). Ask your doctor about it, maybe they can tell you if there is anyway to stop them, although I think that once your body is done changing from your weight loss, they should stop. They might just be adjusting themselves to your new body!

Sounds like stretch marks. Sorry, no way to get rid of them 🙁 Some lotions help mask them.

Mother Nature can be very cruel to women!

I have them! I too had a similar weight loss to you…they are more deflated now and I think they are more droopy than perky that came from the fullness and tightness of a higher weight. sorry Too Much Information ..haha

I doubt they will ever go from the chin down lol. It should be localized to strictly breast tissue or the under arms area.

Just too cheer you up a bit!  I have stretch marks from pregnancy and they have faded over time.

@jjmomma: totally true! I remember I got all upset when I couldn’t find something that fit right for the honeymoon night and was really feeling down on myself and my Darling Husband told.. babe.. you don’t need anything.. I just wanna see YOU!

It definitely  made me feel better and got things back into perspective that the way we see ourselves in NOT the way our guys see us =)

@Mrs_Amanda: I didn’t. I couldn’t find anything that fit my body right.. 1 trip in tears was enough for me.. Darling Husband set me straight on what was making him happy about it all and he was prefectly happy on the Big Day.. no extra fuss needed. lol
