I couldn’t find exactly what I wanted anywhere and what I did come across was so expensive, so I decided to give it a go myself. We’re having a destination wedding at a beachside resort. Here are our wedding invitations, hand-made by me.

@ChuckNorris: @FutureMrsWeston: @karineh: @Lily_of_the_valley: Thanks bees! They were so fun to make and my Fiance even helped out. Well, he watched and passed me the shells lol. We’re really happy with the finished product and they only cost around $2.80/each. To have them made would’ve cost more than double that. We’re hand-delivering most of them as many of our guests live locally, and mailing the rest in boxes. Hopefully our guests will get excited about our destination beachside wedding after they receive their invitations.

I’m probably going to be DIY’ing my engagement party invitations/wedding invitations and was wondering – how/where did you print the actual invitation? I’m wondering if I would be able to pull off using a caligraphy pen myself or if I should just buy some fancy paper & use a regular printer. not sure how much that would cost in ink by the end of the day…Any suggestions?!
