Beautiful! Also I1 is no big deal if it’s beautiful–no polite person will ever ask about the clarity of your stone or gaze into it, and from the picture I can’t tell the clarity. They’ll be all about the shiny and excitement.

I have an I1 marquise and I can’t see the inclusion at all! It was, like yours, such a great deal as well. If anything, I feel like it’s a mostly hidden fingerprint or birthmark that makes it special.
A proper setting can mask the inclusion from what I understand, so maybe that’s what you’ve got too. I think it’s gorgeous and lucky you!! Grats!

Some women here will argue with you that anything below a VS2 are not “eye-clean” and theyre just so full of rubbish . Some diamonds do a fantastic job at hiding the carbon spots as you can clearly see yours does. Congrats bee, beautiful ring!

This is beautiful! I wish I could have found an eye clean I1 to get a bigger stone 😹

Thanks for the well wishes! I am so glad she happened to pull this diamond for me, she said it was the only I1 they carried becuase it still looks so amazing. I can see the carbon spot on the underside, but I think it’s cute. Like one of the comments said, it’s like a birthmark 😀
