There’s nothing here….. =(
Oh…. I see it now… it didn’t load the first time.
Perfect amount of romantic sophistication and fun!
Where did you get the picture for the guy in the tux?
I’m figuring out my vision for my summer evening wedding, so I created a board on the Dessy website! I had so much fun!
I’m thinking of doing claret and cameo (basically a wine/burgundy color and dusky pink– making sure that the red is enough of a wine/almost purplish color, so that they don’t clash) for the main two colors. For the church wedding, I am thinking of doing my two main colors for bouquets, boutonnieres, and details, but with classic black suits (no tuxes– semi-formal) and black cocktail BM dresses. Each BM’s dress will be a bit different, but the same fabric and the same color; and each BM’s small bouquet will be the same color, but a little differently arranged (like a variation on the theme of my bouquet), hopefully in a way that complements her dress.
Then, I’m thinking of just adding in a little more color for the reception– just in small details– gold, green, and blue. I’m thinking of doing gold chargers, gold-colored sugar or salt on the rims of whatever our (pink) signature cocktail is. I’m thinking of just having some green filler in with the flowers, which will be in the two main shades of burgundy and pink. I’m thinking of having gold- and green- and blue-tinted candle holders and/or vases/bottles. I’m not sure whether to have some flowers in the additional colors of (mari-)gold, green, and blue. I’m not sure if this will be too much color.
What do you think so far?
Thank you for your positive comments!! They made me so happy! I’m super excited– I feel like I’m really starting to figure out my colors and the mood I want to create!
I love it! I like how you fit in two different color schemes for each part!
