I just received photos of my finished dress from Jasmine’s Bridal Shop! This was inspired by the retiredMaggie Sottero design “Krisha”. I modified it to add a halter strap, a layer of blue tulle in the skirt to give a subtle color accent, and beaded lace on the neckline. I realize that some may not agree with how I modified it. 🙂 However, does anyone see anything wrong with it structurally that I should ask them to fix before they ship it to me?

On the bust where it makes a V, it looks like there should have been another applique there.
LOL< don’t mind the messed up picture, I didn’t start a new paint and it has part of the old picture on there.
One side on the lace backup sticks up higher than the other :
Also, under the laceup, the appliques on the left side look smaller than the right.

But these are really minor, I wouldn’t had noticed them if I wasn’t LOOKING for them.

Also, at the bottom of the dress, the right side touches the ground [the lace part], but the rest is floating just above.
EDIT : Nevermind, the picture of the original is like that too.

@jenilynevette: Woah! Good eye!
Personally, I would add another layer of blue to make it stand out, if that was your intention. It just looks sorta maybe a little tint of blue now. Almost like it’s a discoloration.

@jenilynevette: Thanks for taking the time to look at it so carefully. 🙂 I will ask them about those issues.
