@Mrs.Mods:  I think the Hendrik Vermeulen Dress is just gorgeous and very unique.  With hair and make up and the skirt steamed it will be amazing and it suits your look so much.  Perhaps get the  Embrace without the train for the reception. If you go with the Embrace will you get a bolero to cover your shoulders for the ceremony?

@Mrs.Mods:  Yay, another 3 dresses to look forward to ๐Ÿ™‚ You will look AWESOME in the Maggie Sottero. Are you going to be resubmitting your measurements since your current one is a little big in some areas?

@Mrs.Mods:  6am Spin classes? Now that’s committment! I’m way too lazy for that- I’ve gained 2kgs since I originally submitted my measurements. My mum keeps telling I will lose weight closer to the date from the stress. I don’t see that happening. Looks like I will be buying some spanx

Hi all you bees

I’ve been looking at lots of boards regarding jasminsbridalshop for a while now and I’ve sent quite a few of you messages about what quality I should have my dress made, I think I’m going to go with the designer fabric but premium craftsmanship- does anyone have tips about this

These are the dresses I like and am thinking of having 1 made along the same line, I tried one on but they wanted 2400 usd for RENTING it for 1 night(!!!), I must say I almost had a fit lol…

I don’t have the shoes Im going to wear yet and im hoping to lose about 5-8 kg before the wedding- should I order my dress now? can they make it smaller/longer as we go along?

this link is one of the dresses i liked:

the dress i like (and underneath it the one i tried on- they wanted 2400$ for it for one night!!)

@mayancoh:  Lovely choice of dress.  Jasmines will certainly be able to do a great job so you don’t need to worry about that.

But….. Is your wedding on 30 March 2013?  You will need to hurry up, it takes about 12 weeks to make a dress and China has a major holiday in February when the factory will close for about 3 weeks!!  You can pay extra for a ‘rush’ order.

So I don’t think you can wait too long.  My daughter’s wedding is on 23 March 2013 and we already have her dress and all the bridal party dresses finished.

I would buy your shoes immediately because height cannot be increased, only decreased if you have lower heels.

You will have to ask Jasmines about taking in the dress during production.  There has been a couple of girls that have requested this alteration (extra money) at mid-production and they have been able to do it.  You will need to ask them.

I would recommend designer fabric.  Again ask Jasmines about the craftsmanship.  They are very honest and advise you properly.

@Mrs.Mods:  Gosh this is a hard one.  The original lace looks quite ‘heavy’ – stands out if you get my meaning.  The first option looks a bit ‘heavier’ than the second option, but I do like the second option’s pattern.

This might be a question for hiheel, she is really knowledgable, maybe send her a PM.

You do like lace, don’t you?
