So i finally saw my dresses in person! Lol the flower girl dress is adorable, but i choose to send it back to get afew of its issues Fixed (namely the sash and lack of sequin cluster). They have been gracious enough to do it for no added cost to me. heres a better picture of the dress as it was
And an idea of how it will look with its pink sash and strip of sequins around the skirt (i just pinned a baggy of gold sequins i had ordered, i assume these are the sequins they will use. They are a bit darker and more of a true gold than the sequins on the dress already). Im so happy i ordered extra fabric for my bm and flower girl dresses. I was able to make a cute flower girl basket to match! So excited! Lol
as for the reception dress… It is absolutely stunning, but im not sure its the most flattering dress on me, But im still working on loosing some weight, so well see… Strangely enough it has no boning in the bodice..just underwires and vertical lines of fabric made to look like boning lol if i were to keep it i would have my seamstress add the boning… It also doesnt have a zipper or grommets for the corset over the sash part, so ill have to see if my seamstress can add a longer zipper or some more grommets so there isnt a gaping hole there. Here are some better detail pix comparing the original to the jbs premium though:
And here is some crappy pix of it on me (excuse the backfat… Im working on that!)
And the bm dresses; im very happy with how these turned out, they were really well made. The girls are trying to figure out how to tie the straps but they have time to play with them before the wedding lol heres one of my beautiful ladies:

I LOVE YOUR RECEPTION DRESS! I think it looks awesome on you! How much did it cost if I may ask?
Oh I saw your earlier post sorry!

Your dresses look great and in general I think JBS does excellent work…. but geez it sure does sound like a headache to work with them. I keep going back and forth about whether or not I want them to make me a dress.
I love how yours turned out, though!

once thats done, and the dress is hemmed to fit my little flower girl it should look almost identicle to the original:
…. I hope lol im very pleased with how the revisions have been handled though. I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel!

cant wait to see photos the day of! I’m glad I saw these pics of the flower girl dress because we may attempt to make one! Now that I know the squiggly sequined tulle does work when adding the hand beaded lines to distinguish them! 🙂
Your ceremony gown looks amazing on you and your veil is awesome!
